Old barn completely renovated and carefully decorated in a rural and cozy spirit. Quietly located and set back from the road, in the heart of the small town of Calonne-Ricouart (where you will find all the shops) close to the Calonnix site (leisure and nature base). Independent house with enclosed and private land, its vegetable garden squares, and two private terraces. A terrace with direct access from the house, a pergola terrace with barbecue. Take a break in the countryside and relax in this small stable converted into a cozy cottage in the countryside. This studio is attached to our home but is completely autonomous. Two ATVs are available. To go further, a car is required (located 25 minutes from Arras/Hesdin, 30 minutes from Lens/Vimy. One hour from Lille and the Opal Coast. Paris is 2 hours by car (or 45 minutes by TGV from Arras). Cross circuit in Ternois 20 min.

A warm and welcoming ground floor

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. With the veranda as an extension of the living room followed by the terrace. In both bedrooms we can have five single beds or two double beds and one single bed. For short stays (1 to 2 nights) an extra bed can be arranged in the living room. The terrace leads to a lawn, the vegetable garden remains private as well as the basement of the house.
