The accommodation is located in a chalet, the latter is 400 m from the ski lifts of the Domaine des Porte du Soleil. Cross-country skiing at the foot of the chalet. the valley is crisscrossed by many hiking trails. Set on the large balcony facing the sun, you'll enjoy unobstructed mountain views. The village is nearby, has its identity and mountain charm while being modern. ATTENTION: sheets, linen and towels are not provided.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

We rent our cottage with all amenities and games for kids dvd, various games (lego playmobil barbies sylvania books monopoly trivial pursuit...) There is a terrace where you can eat, a BBQ, a ping-pong table We offer waste sorting with 1 bin for plastics, 1 bin for glass, 1 compost. We don't accept pets in winter because it's too much maintenance (dirt due to snow) We lend out sleds and snowshoes.⛄️

Le Grenier du Servagnou in La Chapelle d'Abondance

Authentic Savoyard attic completely renovated at 1340 m altitude, next to the Panthiaz slopes, in the "Les Portes du Soleil" area. Fully south-facing, unique view of the valley and the "Dents du Midi". In heavy snow, we provide a shuttle by snowmobile and/or SSV to the first car park accessible to cars. Return to the chalet on skis possible.
