Our suite is located near "La Carolina park", 25´minutes from "Quito´s Historic center". The building has two entrances, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, game room, gym, yoga room, BBQ area, panoramic terrace, cinema, events room; available spaces prior reservation. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, washer - dryer, two tv's, two bathrooms, one shower, high speed internet. 12th floor. Parking available.

Cozy and spacious, NOT SHARED. Spacious bedroom with 1 queen size bed, a cradle (it´s storaged, not in sight if you are not coming with a baby) and 2 sofabeds in the livingroom. It has parking with no extra cost. You have to go up 1 story by stairs. Half of a block from La Carolina park, several means of transportation less than 2 blocks (Metro. Ecovía, buses). Very close to Mall El Jardin and Quicentro. Nice restaurants and coffeeshops just walking.
