Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Close to the center, this peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing stay for work or family. 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, 1 baby umbrella bed. Sleeps 5 adults and 1 baby. Baby equipment on site stroller, bathtub, chair... The cumulus is 100l. Espresso coffee maker and filter coffee, washing machine... Sheets and towels available in the closet. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, laundry detergent, beach towels (for troubleshooting). Please do not smoke indoors.

Holiday spirit suite with on the ground floor a living room hosting a sofa bed serving as a second bed, TV, Wi-Fi and a small separate kitchen (tabletop fridge, an induction cooktop, combined oven (microwave and oven), toaster, kettle, Tassimo. The upper floor has a 140 x 190 bed and a separate shower room with toilet. Car and preferred means of travel. Pets not allowed.
