The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.

Charming spacious and quiet apartment, on the first floor of our farmhouse. You will have a separate entrance, by an external staircase. Sheltered in your cocoon, you can enjoy the view of a wooded park on one side, and old stones on the other. Located in a forest-lined countryside, access to the road network is very easy (5 min from the highway, 17 min from Rennes, 40 min from Mont Saint Michel, 30 min from Fougères, 45 min from the forest of Brocéliande).

Very well equipped and furnished, it has everything you need to work and relax in good conditions, close to the train station and shops, within walking distance 2 bedrooms including one with king size bed (180 cm), fiber and secure underground parking space. I want you to feel at home!

Our accommodation has a lovely view of Mont Saint Michel Enjoy the view of a changing bay to the rhythm of the tides, seasons and weather You will be 10 minutes by car from the parking lots of Mont St Michel Direct access to the mountain, beaches and salt meadows by the GR 34 long-distance hiking trail and by the green cycling path that passes near the village You will need to plan to travel by car, taxi or bike as there is no public transport

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Gite on three levels with courtyard and sunny garden. Large green space to share with outdoor games such as ping-pong or badminton. From the cottage you can hike mountain biking or walking. The bathroom as well as the toilet are located on the first floor. Half an hour from Mont Saint Michel, 3/4 of an hour from the Emerald Coast. Bicycles are available for your walks and also an inflatable stand-up paddle for the beach or the Boulet pond.
