Cute little house in the town

Relax at this unique and cute little house. Situated in the town yet still in a peaceful location with lovely views from the garden. A very short walk to all the local amenities including a bakery, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. There is also clog museum situated next door if you want to make your own wooden shoes. Turn left out the house and you are on a nice country walk. The lake is a short walk away with childrens park and fishing. Parking next to the house in front of the mini golf.

Domaine de la Méhétrais. Quiet farmhouse, in the middle of the fields, not overlooked. Find this rental on my website. You will be awakened by the songs of birds and welcomed on the terrace by a pair of "Marguerite", the cows present on the property which extends over 4.5 hectares. You can relax under the double tree-lined driveway for several hundred meters. If you need to stay connected, the house is equipped with fiber optic internet. You will appreciate the proximity of amenities.

You will have private parking and a small gravel courtyard with a beautiful century-old tree!
