As if set in the middle of the marshes, the vast wooded land, the heated swimming pool (10 m x 4 m, open from 1/05 to 30/09) and the 2 houses, will offer you peace and quiet, in great comfort. Close to wild beaches and the forest, 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike through the marsh roads but also Noirmoutier and shops.

Renovated house a short walk to the forest and 1 km to the beach. At the gateway to the Vendée Islands (Noirmoutier is a 5-minute drive and Yeu Island is 30 minutes by boat). Ferry terminal 15 minutes' walk. Close to all amenities (supermarket, laundry, bakery, bars, press…). The house consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a sitting area (quality sofa bed, 140 x 190), a sleeping area (bunk beds, 90 x 190), a shower room, a separate toilet. Terrace (4 x 3 m), pergola.
