Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain views, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-beds. Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

Cosy Vivienda Rural in 300 year old orange Farmhouse, Registered & Pet Friendly, right on the edge of the Sierra Nevada.The farm is surrounded by orange groves and grows olives etc. The Vivienda Rural is located near authentic Spanish villages in the Andarax valley & Alpujarras mountains, 28 km from Almeria (beaches) and 25 km from the Tabernas desert. The spacious Vivienda Rural is fully self contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen/lounge and terrace spaces available outside.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. Pets are allowed, but there is a €30 fee per pet not included in the reservation.
