The flat is very spacious. It has a fully equipped with a brand new kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a very stylish living room. The bedroom has air conditioning and you can also enjoy the swimming pool in the hot days of summer.

Nice, spacious and cozy. Newly renovated. It is very well connected, right in front of the Quintana metro (green line, leads directly to the center) and the bus stops 38/113/N5 - 21. Quiet neighborhood but with restaurants, supermarkets, stores and shops within easy reach because it's on Calle Alcalá. The Docamar restaurant is next door (the best patatas bravas in Madrid). The Plaza de Toros de Ventas is a 15-minute walk away. There is SmartTV, A/C and Wi-Fi.
