Cozy independent apartment with kitchen-room, its own bathroom and patio. Very quiet area 10 minutes from the airport and 25 from Madrid. Air conditioning, heating, Wifi, refrigerator, microwave. Possibility of indoor parking and autonomous arrival. Views of Madrid and sunset. Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
