A brand new cottage located in Åvedal right by Åvedalsvannet. Quiet place with rich wildlife close to nature. Here you can pick blueberries in the summer, go canoeing, barbecue on the fireplace and swim by the jetty. Good hiking opportunities just outside the cabin. Brufjellhulene, Helleren in Jøssingfjord, Jøssingfjordmuseet, Ruggesteinen, Løtoft, Lundbadet and Sogndalstrand. Shopping opportunities in the small towns of Egersund and Flekkefjord. The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. New modern year-round cottage with all amenities located scenic right on Murtejønn. Sunny and undisturbed patio. Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid.
