Cozy 1850 Firehouse/Back House The cabin has been converted to an annex/small cabin where there is one room with a double bed. Dining nook inside. Outdoor kitchen with fridge, and gas hob. Barbecue. Bathroom in the neighboring building. Duvet and pillow are in the cabin. Bed linen and towels can be ordered in addition for NOK 350. There is a short distance to the mountain, Tinnsjøen, bike tours and tours in the nearby area. During summertime you can swim and fish in the river just below. The tourist commune offers varied experiences and activities for everyone.

Cozy cabin on Gaustablikk

Fantastic view of Gaustatoppen. The unique thing about this cabin is that it is not located in a cabin area, there is nature and tranquility and birds singing as the closest neighbors. The cross-country trails start right at the parking lot, and from there it is about 300 meters to the alpine facility. Note: It is a distance to walk from the parking lot up to the cabin, 150 meters in the summer/250 meters in the winter, it is steep the first part, so it does NOT fit if you have bad legs. Approx. 1.5 km to Gaustablikk mountain hotel.

Lita cottage in sunny farmyard.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and laundry. Lita cottage located on a farm with a wonderful view of the lake Totak and the mountains. We live in one of the houses in the yard. Another house has two apartments rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In the summertime, there is access to a table, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of uphill ski slopes, 5 min by car. 10 min to the ski center. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car charger. Great hiking terrain summer/fall.

Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel hut constructed in 2017 in Øygarden hut field. There is a small hut area with good distance between the huts and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch on the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in the kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the refrigerator with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

A bright living area features large windows offering panoramic views of snow-covered landscapes. Two comfortable sofas are placed opposite each other, adorned with soft throws. A central coffee table sits beneath a modern chandelier, contributing to a contemporary yet cozy ambiance.

Stuga i hög standard med fantastisk utsikt över norska fjällvärden. Solrik stor altan varifrån du blickar över både Gaustatoppen och Hardangervidda. En av de hytter som ligger närmast Gaustatoppen så för att vandra går du direkt från hytten ut på fjället. Ski in/out och ca 200 meter till längdspåren och vandringsleder. Idealisk stuga för 2 familjer med två sovrum, kök, vardagsrum, hall och badrum på nedervåning och 2 sovrum, toalett och allrum (med Bäddsoffa och TV) på ovanvåningen.

Great location with immediate proximity to the alpine and cross country trails (about 200 meters) and great views to Gaustatoppen (1883 m.o.h.). 5 min drive to the starting point for walking Gaustatoppen. Modern decorated cabin over two levels with great decorated living room and kitchen, 4 large bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with shower and toilet on both. 60 m2 large terrace, with outdoor furniture, gas grill and fire pan. Bed linen and towels can be rented.
