Dåfjord Lodge & Ocean sauna

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Cozy apartment in Kaldfjord

Relax together at this peaceful place to stay. A quiet little neighborhood a few miles from the city. Proximity to sea, mountains and beautiful nature. The listing consists of en-suite bathroom, kitchen, 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed that provides 2 extra sleeping places. Public transport to the house is limited so a rental car is recommended to make the most out of the experience here in Tromsø. There is a bus about once per hour and the last bus leaves at 9 pm.

This house is situated in Balsfjord, about 60 km far from Tromsø. It has four bedrooms, a cozy livingroom with a fireplace, a big fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From the big balcony you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the fjord, great northern lights in the winter time and the midnight sun in the summer time. There are great Mountains around the farm and free use of our Sauna close to the water, our barbecue grill as well as many bonfire places all around the farm.

Cathedral Lodge

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. This outstanding cabin is located right at the seafront with a fantastic location, surrounded by mountains and crystal clear sea. With the idyllic beach plot you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets while you hear the waves. The cabin is a perfect oasis for relaxation and escape from the stresses of everyday life. At the same time, it offers opportunities for activities just outside the door. By car 15 min to the airport. 25 min to the city center.

You can use the whole house with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room with room for up to 6 people. Best suited for up to 4 people. The view goes beyond beautiful Ersfjorden and you live at the very end of Naustbuktveien.
