It is a short distance to the city center, beaches, the zoo and lots of playgrounds in the area. As well as groceries and great options on take-away. Straight out from the garden there is a football field and volleyball field and playground that can be used outside of school hours. Towels are included, washed the night before departure Bed linen costs an extra NOK 100 per person and should be taken off, but not washed.

Old house from 1850 recently renovated inside. Renovated bathroom and kitchen, all amenities available. Great for families with children going to the zoo or couples who are going to have a small southern holiday. New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Enjoy a cold winter day in a finished heated outdoor jacuzzi, or in front of the fireplace (new in 2024). In the summer, the house has a large terrace, as well as a garden. In the house there is a large bedroom (mattress 160x200) and 2 children's rooms (90x200 and 80x200) while in the annex there are three beds (140x200 and 120x200).

Toilet and bathroom on the 3rd floor, which also includes a sofa and TV. Nice if kidza is getting tired after bathing in the jacuzzi or supper if the adults want a glass 😇 Playgrounds right behind the house in the context of the outdoor terrace. Easy parking and 2 Tesla chargers available.
