History: The property was built from 1920 and was a small beverage market until the early 2000s. Before the renovation, the tiny house was used as a warehouse / sales outlet.

I would like to welcome you to my stylish and bright apartment on the 1st floor, in which I have put a lot of passion. There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom - shower + bathtub, as well as a dining and work area. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher. Coffee + tea + basic amenities are provided free of charge. 2 baby travel beds including bed linen provided.

The bedroom features a twin bed with a patterned gray duvet, complemented by two matching pillows. A decorative cabinet with intricate floral designs stands against the wall, while a light wood dresser with mirror adds functionality to the space.

Enjoy your stay in this fully equipped, spacious apartment. The Northern Black Forest nature reserve is only a few kilometers away and offers many excursion options. Bus and train are five minutes' walk away. The magnificent Caracalla thermal baths in Baden-Baden are 15 minutes away by car. It is about 28 minutes to Baden Airport or Karlsruhe main station. You have your own realm above ours, which means we may meet, but you are still completely on your own. You can park your car on our property.
