About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

Our ranch is for those who want an authentic connection with nature and animals! Enjoy horseback riding, socializing with friendly llama and goats and chickens strolling around the pasture. Our wooden house is located in the middle of the pasture, where you can enjoy the peaceful natural environment. You have a kitchen and a bathroom inside. Join us for a relaxing nature getaway . If you want the whole experiance, you must stay for 4 nights. For 5 nights, we offer you free riding or treking.

It is ideal for enjoying and exploring the beautiful side of nature before spending relaxing evenings by the fire. Take time to relax - read, write, draw, think or just live and enjoy the company or be active - hike, bicycling.. The cottage really suits people who love the country cottage feeling and relaxed atmosphere or as a base for one day trips across Slovenija.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Ljubica Cottage

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

The ground floor apartment is located in a beautiful rural setting with forest views. The apartment is situated in the small town of Slunj, only 10 minutes of walk to the waterfalls, water mills, restaurants, and River Beach in a fairy tale village Rastoke. Plitvice Lakes are only 25 minutes drive away. Upon arrival, we'll provide you with tips and recommendations for the Plitvice Lakes ( route options ), Rastoke village, Bars and Restaurants, Shops, etc.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.
