Carpalo is a unique island house

A unique new facility for Finland (built in 2010) on the shore of one of the largest and most beautiful lakes in Finland, in an area with developed infrastructure, 60 km from the city of Kuopio to the south-east. The plot of 0.63 hectares is located on the island (connected to the land by a year-round bulk road), on the plot there is a two-storey cottage with an area of 180 m2. The cottage is built of high-quality materials with the use of the most modern construction technologies, fully furnished and equipped with modern equipment. The plot also has a large garage, a comfortable separate sauna, its own marina, a barbecue gazebo, a smokehouse for cold smoking, a children's playground, a paved parking lot for 4 cars. The most modern engineering solutions (earth-heating system, reinforced thermal insulation, heated floors, ventilation system, etc.) were used in the design and construction. This cottage is definitely designed for families with the most demanding taste and increased comfort requirements.

The villa is located in the Atelje village of Tahko. Walking distance to Tahko amenities.

Great two-storey cottage in the Tahko ski resort. Fully equipped with appliances. Living room with fireplace, kitchen-dining room, 4 separate bedrooms, 3WC, 2 showers. Sauna in the cottage with access to the terrace. + outdoor heated bath. Lake view from the window. In the summer there is a beach. Boat with electric motor, bicycles are provided. Next to the cottage is a grill gazebo. Activity of the resort from 400 to 800 meters( SPA, bowling, restaurants and cafes, children's playgrounds and sports grounds

High-quality Villa (with the sauna-building by the lake) is located in Nilsiä Tahkovuori. Extremely quiet & clean area, near outdoor activities (skiing, cross country skiing, cycling, jogging, hiking, rowing, golf etc.). Distances to Tahkovuori center (6 km), Golden Resort Golf Center (1 km), Nilsiä (9 km) and Kuopio (60 km). Villa is perfect for six (6) persons, but also two (2) more can be accommodated if necessary. (The villa is in owner's use from May to Aug but You can make inquirements)

This stylish place is perfect for families and group trips. Not far from Tahko ski resort with numerous activities but in a peaceful location with a large garden and an outdoor sauna for summer use. Downstairs the house has a very large kitchen and dining area, a laundry room, toilet and a bathroom with a sauna, the master bedroom and an office. Upstairs is the open plan large and light living area, toilet and two double bedrooms, one room with two single beds and other room with a sofa bed.

Beautiful 3-floor villa which is situated on the own neighbourless cape on the lakeside among wild virgin nature of Finland. Villa consists of two buildings: main villa house and lakeside sauna cottage (rantasauna) with living room exactly close to the lake. In the main villa house there are 4 bedrooms - one on the first floor, two on the second and one on the attic, above the kitchen (without a door). Near the house is tennis court.
