With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. We rent a furnished 70 sqm apartment in the heart of idyllic Franconian Switzerland. The apartment with its 5 rooms is completely available to the guest alone! We live on a formerly actively managed farm. Today, only 3 Breton dwarf sheep and 4 chickens live with us on the farm. The central location to almost all the sights in the area offers many advantages for guests. Nuremberg is about a 35-minute drive away.

You will stay on a former farm with a listed, 420-year-old barn, which we have lovingly renovated. You will stay in a completely independent part of the barn with a private entrance. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining kitchen. On the second floor is the bedroom and a cozy sofa corner that invites you to relax. It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind.
