Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. Remember sleeping bag+pillowcase, bed sheets are in the cabin. *Road fee NOK 50,- *Remember drinking water! Dishwashing water is available in the cabin *storm kitchen/portable *Outhouse

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Quiet residential area, but there can be some noise from the railway, private patio. Standard is completely average, small bathroom but contains both shower, toilet and sink. Bathroom has entrance from one bedroom. If there are more than three people, one or two have to sleep in the living room in the extra beds. The outdoor area is small but there is room for four around a table. In the garden there is a large trampoline available. Bedlinen and towels are included in the rent.

There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and biking right next door. Rural location with 500 meters to the bus stop and about 5 km to the train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting the space, I live there. Some rooms and closets will therefore not be available.
