Charming 50 m2 basement apartment in a picturesque villa area in Mölndal, centrally located near Gothenburg. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are two cozy bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. Want extra sleeping space? No problem – the living room has an extra bed. Charming apartment in Mölndal, with perfect connection to the tram and bus. Just 10min to Liseberg and 15min to Ullevi/Scandinavium. Walking distance to Mölndal city centre provides access to shopping and dining area. Free parking, including charging for electric cars. A stone's throw from Safjällets' illuminated running track for a nice run/walk. Only 100 meters from a delicious bakery (open Mon-Sat). The apartment has a 120cm bed and a 160cm wide sofa bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Bed linens and towels are included.

Spacious and family friendly apartment within 10 minutes walk from Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Ullevi. With a lovely garden view from the balcony and a nice patio it's the perfect place for a stay in Gothenburg. In the apartment there is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as in the smaller bedroom, which makes it perfect for a family to stay. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.
