Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

The self-contained 2-4 person apartment is located in the attic of an idyllically located & tastefully furnished single-family house in the Tyrolean municipality of Zirl. The high-quality designed architectural house was built 14 years ago and has a small garden with its own area for the guests.
