Inside the fir forest, with walnut and chestnut trees next to you, you will enjoy the nature of Evrytania, the oxygen and the river that can be heard in the village of Nostimo at an altitude of about 1000 m. It is the village that Ali Pasha loved and built his cottage. Just 10 minutes from Karpenisi, 30 minutes from the ski resort and 5 of the most central and touristic villages of Evritania, it is ideal for a quiet and/or adventurous vacation.

Στο παραδοσιακό κομμάτι του Καρπενησίου στη συνοικία της Αγ. Παρασκευής μια πετρόχτιστη πλήρως ανακαινισμένη κατοικία αποτελούμενη από ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι/κουζίνα το οποίο συνδέεται με το υπνοδωμάτιο και τη σοφίτα. Το σπίτι είναι 60 τ.μ. και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με πάρα πολύ μεγάλη άνεση 4 - 5 άτομα. Το καλντερίμι ακριβώς μπροστά εξασφαλίζει μοναδική ησυχία χωρίς να στερεί την άμεση πρόσβαση. Υπάρχει Χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι και το κέντρο της πόλης είναι 3-5λ με τα πόδια.

Fully remodelled stone house in the lower edge of the village of Merkada, surrounded by pure nature with unlimited view of the Sperchios valley to the sea and beyond. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house has two independent floors, the one available is the 1st (ground) floor. It consists of a studio-like space with double bed, furniture, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything is brand new. A single size foldable bed is also available (after arrangement).

Απέχει απο το κέντρο του Καρπενησίου 2,5 χλμ και μόλις λίγα λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο, ενώ η θέση της προσφέρεται για σύντομες αποδράσεις στα γύρω χωριά και στο χιονοδρομικό κέντρο.

Our cozy guesthouse on the foothills of Velouhi mountain, has been recently renovated and can host 2 to 6 people comfortably. The 70sq m open space can be ideal for a couple, a family of 3 or 4 but even for a group of 5 to 6 friends, offering all the comforts for an enjoyable stay.

A serene beach area features several lounge chairs arranged under thatched umbrellas. Smooth stones are scattered along the shoreline, while a large pine tree provides shade. The calm sea extends towards the horizon, meeting a clear blue sky.
