V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. An old, fenced in and FULLY AIRCONDITIONED country house with a touch of country flair,soul and charming details. It is surrounded with flowers and greeness. It is very much loved , cherished and I hope you will have that kind of feeling when you get here. The pool area is spacious and hidden from all the looks. Groceries shop is near. Every year we invest into something new so it is very well equipped. Daily pet fee 15 eur per pet to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Prostrani apartman (90m2) nalazi se u prizemlju obiteljske kuće u vrlo mirnoj ulici 10 min. hoda udaljenoj od prve plaže. Okružen je velikom okućnicom sa puno zelenila, mediteranskih biljaka i visokih borova koje u vrijeme ljetnih vrućina pružaju ugodan hlad. Najistaknutiji dio ovog stana je velika terasa u dva nivoa( 20m2+20m2) koja je mjesto za boravak i uživanje u pogledu na more, zalaske sunca ,zelenilu i cvrkutu ptica s obližnjih stabala u svako doba dana.

Posebno prijetno in romantično je na terasi v večernih urah, ko se vidijo bleščeče luči iz Opatije, Lovrana in drugih naselij vse do Reke. Na dvorišču je pod velikim hrastom parkirišče za vaš avto, pod figo in lovorjem pa velika miza s klopmi kjer si lahko pripravite obrok na žaru.
