The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. It has two double en-suite bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with dining and living area and outdoor area with heated swimming pool. A sofa bed in living area provides two extra sleeping spots. WiFi, air conditioning, two parking spots provided and included in the rental price. This fully equipped house located near the city center is the ideal choice for families with children or friends! We are able to offer you a beautiful stone house. The entire indoor area is air conditioned. It is located in a quiet place and very pleasant to stay. The distance to the beach is about 900m on foot. It has free parking for two cars. The place is ideal for a family with children. Two bedrooms with beds upstairs and an upper terrace with a jacuzzi,and 2 sofa beds (Sofa bed).
