The studio apartment is located in Palmendorf Merligen. It is on the first floor with direct access to the garden seating and the car parking space. It has a double bed (160 × 200), narrow room with toilet/shower, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. A washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement. All skiing and hiking areas of the Bernese Oberland are quickly and easily accessible by public transport or car. All water sports are possible. The landlords live on the upper floor and are there when you arrive.

The modern and comfortable studio with private shower/toilet and kitchenette is in the basement of a detached house. It has cozy outdoor seating with lake view and beautiful panorama. Located in a quiet part of the village, it is the ideal starting point for excursions to mountains or the lake. Ideal for 2 people (1 - 2 children could sleep on the sofa bed). The 2-bedroom room apartment is a little elevated, but still centrally located in Reichnbach in the Kandertal area. The ski resorts in the Oberland can be reached shortly. Adelboden 23 km, Grindelwald 36 km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and offers a also fully equipped kitchen, which will also meet higher expectations. (induction stove, combination team oven, fridge, all kitchen utensils, etc.)

Die Zimmer sind erreichbar durch dieselbe Hauseingangstüre. Anschliessend gibt es eine2.Türe wo ich mit meinen 2 Söhnen und einer Katze wohne. Dazwischen ist ein kleines Entrée wo Ihr die Möglichkeit habt, eure Schuhe zu deponieren. Im selben Eingangsraum führt dann die Treppe hoch zum oberen Stockwerk in dem sich hinter einer von innen abschliessbaren Schiebetüre die schönen Zimmer befinden sowie auch eine Garderobe.Der Balkon mit Schaukelstuhl, Stühlen und Tisch hat eine fantastische Aussicht!

A wonderfull small village by Interlaken between the lake an mountains. A place where you stand just in the middle of the nature. The lake is just 3 minutes of walking distance from our studio and offers an amazing view. With the car or by bus you reach Interlaken only within 10 minutes. Other destinations like Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Zermatt or Lucerne are good to reach. The studio is 4 minutes walking distance from the bus station, We offer a privat parking at the studio free of charge.
