Spacious single-family home in the summer paradise Helgeroa

Quiet neighborhood, large garden and spacious house. Walking distance to several different beaches, eateries, large menu shop, which is also open on Sundays, gym. 100 meters from the house is a small artificial grass field, as well as the possibility to hunt poles in the chair fireplace, just down the road. In the area is a pump track, great play area in the school yard to Berg school, 6 curves in frisbee golf and the sun coast's most beautiful coastal path that goes from Helgeroa to Stavern. Small ferry from Helgeroa that takes you to various islands in the fjord.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. There are 6 bikes and several play equipment here, as well as a pool. Jagertunet Feriesenter in the neighboring team, with a lot of life and touch. Here you can (for a sober fee) go swimming, rent sun loungers, play tennis, eat and drink, etc. A good idea is to take the three ferry "Øysang" via a great archipelago and over to beautiful Risør. And visit for example the saltwater aquarium, take the trip up to the viewpoint "Risørflekken", do some shopping and happy for a coffee and an ice cream.

Enjoy the life in this cabin at the Sydri cabin area, which is connected to Kragerø Resort. The area is described as a unique holiday destination and is close to one of Norway's best 18 hole golf courses. There is a tennis court, padel, mini golf and bike trails a short distance from the cabin. SPA with bathing facility and sauna at Kragerø Resort. The cabin is great for both families and couples of friends. The cabin has its own 4 seater golf cart that is included in the rent. For weekly rent, the prices will be reduced as agreed.

In this place, right in the middle of the city center, your family can stay close to everything! Right outside the door is restaurants of all kinds and good shopping. Nearby there are both saltwater and chlorine swimming pools, sandy beach, hiking areas and ferry out to islands (like Skåtøy, Bærø, Jomfruland, etc.) and to the beach-club at Stabbestad where you can also play tennis and golf. Not far from Kragerø is "The Little Zoo" and "Action Park" - where you can play paintball and drive go-cart.

We rent out the cabin of our home for weekends, weeks, or longer periods. This is a 50 km cabin with divided kitchen, living and dining area in one Two divided bedrooms with bunk beds for 4, and a creep loft for "little people". Bathroom with toilet and shower with entrance from terrace. Covered clothes for 8, couch nook, TV, dining room, outdoor space, and big grassy space around. Refrigerator with small cooler, oven, kettle, coffee maker. Washing machine in bathroom Do not allow smoking.

Functional cabin with good sun conditions

Stylish funkish cottage in the immediate vicinity of the sea and the forest, with good sun conditions. The cabin has a balcony and a large roof terrace. Within walking distance there are good swimming facilities in both the sea and in fresh water. Nearby there is also a hotel with cafe/restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, etc. The shortest way to Risør is during the summer months a cozy person ferry that goes close by. It is also possible to rent a boat or book a boat taxi.
