We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can comfortably rest, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!

A spacious apartment away from the main street. Good public transport to the center and the train station. Nearby there is a market, post office, parcel locker, ATM, kebab, pharmacy. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, fully furnished. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, oven. Bedroom with double bed and living room with balcony (possibility of unfolding the sofa). Apartment for a couple, family, for a business trip. There are playgrounds, an outdoor gym, and a park in the estate. Looking forward to your visit!

The main building, sauna and BBQ house are wooden and have been designed by the well-known and renowned Finnish company Kontio.
