Rest Relax and Recharge @ kitesurfing paradise

We have a large property with three residences and a swimming pool and gazebo/gym. The property is right on the lagoon where there is great kitesurfing and we also run a small kayaking business. The Hut is fenced for privacy and there is Wifi throughout the property. Kappalady is a small village with a shop and a few restaurants within walking distance. The beach is the other side of the lagoon and is a short walk across. We have a cafe called Lagoonies and a kite school called Kite Buddies

Bungalow is situated within a large coconut estate adjacent to a lake with a large private swimming pool. This is a calm quite place with a large private area to walk and see the farming of cashew and mango in between coconut trees. You can see lot of bird species here . Enjoy cooking local meals with the local caretaker couple using vegetables and fish from nearby village. You can go on a trip to nearby village to see the local village life and to see ancient ruins in Panduwasnuwara.
