Pietetically renovated one-bedroom apartment (45m2) with a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Sunila is a unique forest suburb designed by Alvar and Aino Aalto. The apartment is in a terrace house without an elevator in Päivölä, which was completed in 1939. It's about 13km to the center of Kotka and about 3km to Karhula. The apartment has been renovated into as original as possible and is furnished on a circular economy basis, mainly with Fittings designed by Waves. We wash the textiles with odorless detergents.

A spacious studio features a four-poster bed, complemented by a sofa and dining table. Natural light floods from large windows, illuminating the light grey walls. A warm area rug anchors the space, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

*Adorable studio with a great location*

A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

Stylish, fully equipped studio on the island of Kotka, above the rooftops, in the most beautiful and tallest house in the city, on the edge of the park. Sea view from the balcony. Great kitchen. Enjoy your stay! Directly from the door to the park, a few minutes' walk to the sea, cafes and marina nearby. Free parking. The apartment is completely renovated throughout and is awaiting new guests. Keyless entry is possible. High-quality 160 cm double bed and 120 cm futon as an extra mattress.
