Spacious two-room apartment (52m2) in a good location in the center of the harbor. Large balcony to the south with lake view. A parking space for the car in the downstairs garage, access to the apartment by elevator. Electric car charging, charged according to consumption. Barrier-free access. Cooling air heat pump. One bedroom with a 160 cm bed with a box mattress. The living room has a sofa bed (140cm). In addition, if necessary, an air mattress 80 cm. The resident has access to the housing association's gym on the 1st floor, which has comprehensive home gym equipment.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

This great place is close to everything. The apartment is opposite the City Theater. The balcony also overlooks Valkeinen pond. The city center is a 10-minute walk. Likewise, Kuntolaakso swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are within walking distance. You can walk to KYS in just over 15 minutes. Bus stop right next door. You can leave your car on the adjacent street or in the Kuntolaakso paid parking garage. All the apartment's textiles are washed with fragrance-free detergents.
