Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.
