It is on the ground floor and has a private entrance. The spacious courtyard is ideal for socializing while enjoying sunsets in the jacuzzi and watching the youngest members while freely enjoying the game in the courtyard.... You'll be captivated by stunning views of the sea and nearby islands. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Zadar.

On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.
