Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

Cottage is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), friends, and furry guests (pets). In the past, the ground floor was used as a wine press with oak barrels for storing wine of the Papagrigoriou family. Now, following modern needs to the extent that it is appropriate, it has been transformed with strong interventions into a space ideal to accommodate up to 5 people in 3 pleasant bedrooms.
