Kuća se nalazi u planinskom području okružena preljepom šumom. Do grada Otočca ima 8,5km u gradu se nalaze trgovački centri Lidl, Konzum, Plodine. U neposrednoj blizini se nalazi crkva. Na 9m nalazi se utočište za medvjede gdje je ulaz besplatan. Do mora ima 50km. Nacionalni park Plitvička jezera je udaljen 62 km 60min. Nacionalni park Sjeverni Velebit je udaljen 40km 60min. Mjesto je jako mirno ,kuća je na osami skrivena od pogleda. Idealno za obitelji. Na terasi ima roštilj i besplatna drva.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs.
