The building has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River, where it is also possible to fish.
