The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μέσα σε άγριο ελατοδάσος.Δεν υπάρχει σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας παρά μόνο σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία και στην κορυφή του βουνού.Απευθύνεται σε ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την φύση και το άγριο.Απαιτείται η χρήση "ψηλού" αυτοκινήτου ή 4x4 καθώς ο δρόμος είναι αρκετά δύσκολος ιδιαίτερα τους χειμερινούς μήνες.Το ανάμα φωτιάς ,η χρήση σόμπας ξύλου καθώς και η χρήση κουζίνας γκαζιού πρέπει να είναι μέσα στις βασικές δεξιότητες του επισκέπτη .

Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

It has panoramic view on both levels, the bedrooms (sleeps 6) as well as the living room.(The access to the third bedroom and the ground floor is made from the outside of the building.)
