Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

A cozy and well-lit loft space features a spacious bed with soft bedding. Two bedside lamps provide warm illumination. Adjacent to the bed, a small wooden table is visible, alongside a sink area with a black faucet. A window allows natural light to enter.

The three-story house from the 1920s with a modern annex and view of the countryside is located in the grown district of Neunkirch of Sarreguemines. On the ground floor, daily life takes place with country kitchen, office/Wi-Fi, dining room and the 56 square meter living room overlooking the garden. On the first and second floor there are the bedrooms plus one bathroom each and separate toilet. There is room for two cars in the carport. The intimate garden invites you to relax.

The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument renovation. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as the use of natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old Oak planks, clay plaster, lime colors and solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!

A distinct fireplace is centered against a textured brick wall, featuring a unique triangular copper hood. Decorative pampas grass adds a natural accent beside a circular arrangement of firewood, complementing the warm tones of the room.

Former outbuilding of the Château de Vrémy (Orangery, Stable) You will feel good with its outdoor space of more than 200 m2 with several dining areas possible, an old greenhouse, a terrace where donkeys and miniature horses will come and ask for apples!!!! and its beautiful pool. Please note, parties, birthdays, events, weddings etc. are not allowed. The property is rented for up to 6 people.
