We are located under the Trebeshina Range -Footer-Nemçka 8 km from the center of Permet and 6 km from the thermal waters of Makes and the canyon of Lengarica, we are 500m away from the Vjosa River, this landscape makes it memorable and unique to the stay with us, as well as the mountain next to the inn, surrounding trees, traditional cooking, traditional glass where each guest is served by the owners of the house, as well as seasonal vegetables planted in the backyard around the house, this makes us special and distinct from others.

The location is ideal as it is at the entrance of Ioannina’s ring road, towards the direction to Zagori villages and only 300m from city’s international Airport. The apartment is 38 square meters, recently renovated and is located on the ground floor of a family-owned building built in 2001 consisting of 4 apartments with separate entrances. The aprt is ideal for two adults + 2 children

The recently renovated apartment (February 2017) offers a unique view of the lake from the balcony and the living room. It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier where the boats departs to the island. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further away are the lively pedestrian streets of the old market.
