In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

You can enjoy the views while sitting on the balcony or at breakfast. The apartment is within walking distance from Skiareál Klínovec. In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn a trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.

Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.

A warm welcome to the Erzgebirge! Our vacation apartment "de kleene" is located in the heart of the Erzgebirge and is on the ground floor of a barn converted into a residential building. Our small, cozy apartment is ideally suited for 2 people. Another bed for a child or baby is easily possible. The apartment has a hallway, living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. Of course, there is a separate entrance, Wi-Fi and a parking space.

Dishes, pans and pots are designed for 3 people. Bathroom with walk-in shower, oak wood washbasin, underfloor heating.

Green cottage under Klínovec

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
