Dear Guests, A warm welcome to Pfaffendorf, situated amidst the Elbe Sandstone Mountains and close to the Saxon Switzerland and Bohemian Switzerland National Parks. The 7th stage of the *Malerweg* hiking trail passes directly by the house. This cozy and spacious holiday apartment (55 sq m) is located on the ground floor of a house (built in 1900) in the district of Pfaffendorf. Amenities include a dedicated parking space, a private guest terrace in the courtyard, and secure high-speed Wi-Fi.

Herzlich Willkommen! In mühevollen Arbeiten wurde 2025 das alte ausgebaute Dachgeschoss (aus den 1960er Jahren) neu gestaltet. Neue Fenster und Türen, neues Bad, neuer Boden, neue Dämmung, neue Decke...alles wurde neu gemacht. Viel Holz, alte Balken wurde gereinigt, ein kleiner Rückzugsort geschaffen, gemütlich, stylisch, auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Ein Highlight ist das Velux Cabrio Fenster, ein kleiner Balkon. Für 1-2 Personen, als Studio, mit 50qm Fläche. Aber seht selbst...

The idyllic house "Luxusboofe" is located in the town of Königstein, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland, 500 meters above the Elbe. There are 3 apartments. Apartment 1 is on the upper floor + attic and is suitable for 6-7 people. From your own balcony you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Elbe. The Luxusboofe also has a large sun terrace, which is used by all holiday guests. Relax in the middle of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. You can hike just behind the Luxusboofe.

Our house offers everything you need for a nice stay in Dresden. In the middle of the trendy district, an idyllic house with a rural ambiance awaits you. You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. The 48 m² apartment for 2-4 people is located in the annex on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. From the spacious hallway, you enter a bedroom with 2 separate beds, the modern chic bathroom with shower and toilet and the kitchen-living room. This is followed by the 2nd bedroom with a double bed. In the modernly furnished kitchen-living room there is a fitted kitchen with dining area, couch and TV for cozy evenings.

Königstein Cottage

Small, cozy apartment with a large natural garden that you can use on the south side of the Königstein Fortress. The apartment can be used for up to 4 people. In the house there is a fireplace for the cool days and in the garden you can barbecue or simply enjoy the great starry sky at night. There are plenty of climbing and hiking opportunities in the area. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the cottage.
