This is a ground floor apartment of 47 sq.m. at 19A Euripidou Street, 750 meters from Orestiada Central Square, about 10-12 minutes walk. It is newly constructed (January 2020). It has: 1 living room with kitchen, 1 wc with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 small storage room with washing machine, TV, wifi and garden access. Guests enjoy a very quiet stay with comfortable parking. The owner live in the same building, on the first floor

Two-room studio with air conditioning and autonomous heating with radiator, WiFi, 32" TV, equipped kitchen. With personal hygiene items (disposable), hot water for use, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine. It is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony. A playpen can be installed.
