Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

House "Villa Mate" has a large social space, living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate nursery. Also inside the house there is space for exercise. Within the building is a large garden with olive trees, space and content for the entertainment of children, and a large terrace with garden furniture and grill. At only 5 minutes drive from Villa Mate is a large number of sand, gravel and rocky beaches with a view of the Zadar archipelago.

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed topped with neatly arranged towels. Soft lighting is provided by decorative string lights above the headboard. A large window offers a view of the outside, framed by light curtains that allow some natural light to filter in.

The town Novalja is 9km away. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sunsets and the seaview from the terrace and the pool. Pets are welcome.
