Glazed balcony and plug-in car parking space next to the front door. Barrier-free access. Top floor of the elevator house (3 bedrooms + kitchen + bathroom + sauna). Adjustable mood lighting in all rooms. Nearby you will find Kokkola's nightlife and restaurants as well as Suntinvarre's exercise opportunities. Despite its central location, the place is peaceful.
