THE HOUSE NATURALLY LENDS ITS SELF TO DISTANCING AND THE STAFF HAVE UNDERGONE TRAINING TO ENSURE OPTIMAL SAFETY AND WILL BE USING PPE AT ALL TIMES WHEN PRESENT AT THE HOUSE. It's a tranquil place not far from the action Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, outdoor lounging area, pool, kitchen The house is let on a sole use basis - there are two full time staff. One lives in a house on the grounds and the chef comes in daily. The vibrant streets of Unawatuna are only 8 minutes from here. Ask the staff to summon a tuk-tuk, or hire scooters and bicycles locally to go exploring. The beach is about 2 kilometers away, and there are plenty of buses along the main road. Its about 2 kilometers from the beach and main road where there are buses and trains. The staff can call you a local tuk-tuk to come to the house easily and there are scooter and bicycle hire available locally. Galle is 15 minutes away and Unawatuna 5 minutes by tuk-tuk. There are three dogs on the grounds - very friendly and don't come in the house. We also have two tortoises that live in the garden and lots of wildlife like peacocks, monkeys and a vast variety of birds.
