The cottage is about 5 minutes by car from Hemavan and 15 minutes from Tärnaby. Also perfect for snowmobiling with the trail right next door. In summer, nice fishing is offered in the rapids below as well as hiking on the Drottningleden nearby. There is a large terrace with barbecue area as well as a freestanding wood-fired sauna with relaxation area. In the cottage there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher), living room with fireplace and dining area. Next to the cottage, there is a sleeping cabin with 2 bunk beds that are included if you pay for more than 4 guests.

Close to the lift system, or to hiking trails such as Kungsleden. Close to cross-country ski trails, partly electric light trails and prepared trails up in the mountains as well as the snowmobile trails on the other side of Blå Vägen. During the winter months, you have a ski-in/ski-out location to Hemavan's Gondola Lift, which is also close to ski rental, the restaurant Solkatten and the children's slope.

Walking distance to Coop grocery store, cross-country ski trail and restaurant at Sporthotellet. Snowmobile parking is available in front of the house and space for a trailer is available at the entrance to the area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room with room for two beds. Washing machine available. Cleaning is not included but is done by the guest at checkout.

NOTE: No furry animals in the cottage due to allergies! Relax in this peaceful accommodation with six beds in Umfors, where nature is at your doorstep. The cottage is located by Lake Överuman, 20 km north of Hemavan, with good fishing both winter and summer. Several hiking trails take you up the mountains with good fishing in the mountain streams. Hemavan's ski area is 20 km away. The mountain cabin has three bedrooms, two toilets, a washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a stove, sauna, drying cabinet and double engine heaters.
