Architect-designed surf villa by the beautiful Jærstrands

Welcome to an architect-designed nice new house right by the Jær beaches with plenty of living space for six people! The Jær beaches are a mecca for surfing, fishing, swimming, beach volleyball or just lounging on the beach and listening to the ocean crashing on the horizon. The house is located in a rural area in a small quiet construction area by Selestranden, only 500 meters down to the sea and a salmon river. It is 15-20 min to Sola airport and Stavanger city centre. Månafossen, Kongeparken and Preikestolen/Kjerag and other great hiking peaks not far away.

Bore beach - new beach house!

Brand new cabin on Borestranda. Kitchen with integrated appliances, fully tiled bathroom with shower, heating cables and combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms and loft, with a total of 5 beds. Outdoor shower adapted surfers, and a big terrace where you can enjoy sun and good food. NB! The cabin also has a hot tub which is available to guests for one additional fee. The space The cabin is located 5 minutes walk from Borestranda, one of Norways best surf beaches - with many opportunities for water activities.

Noresand

5-10 minutes walk from Orrestranda, one of Norway's most beautiful and longest sandy beaches. The cabin and the surrounding area is a wonderful place, both for those who want quiet days surrounded by beautiful nature, and for those who want more active days of play and sports and children. You can sit in the sun and have breakfast while you hear the birds singing and clucking from the Orre river just below, and the nearest neighbor is Orre old church and Jæren's most beautiful old farmhouse.

Nytt stort og moderne hus i Sandnes. Huset er en 10 min togtur fra urbane Stavanger sentrum, og 5 min fra Sandnes sentrum. Matbutikk rett rundt hjørnet. Stort, flott og eksklusivt, men samtidig veldig koselig. Her vil du føle deg som hjemme selv om du er på ferie. Det er veldig sentralt plassert og et glimrende utgangspunkt for turer til Kjerag og Preikestolen. Hva med en tur til Jærens flotte strender, Kjerag eller Preikestolen. Det er også fantastisk natur rett rundt huset.

Skap minner for livet på dette unike og familievennlige stedet. Nyt late dager i solen, eller surf på Norges vakreste strand eller gå en tur på stranden i nydelig solnedgang. Mange kjente severdigheter kun en kort kjøretur unna som for eks Prekestolen og Kjerag eller kjekke byer som Stavanger, Sandnes eller Bryne. Gåavstand (5.5km) til Jærhagen kjøpesenter med masse flotte butikker og JonasB restaurant. Her er det bare fantasien som setter grenser for kjekke opplevelser😎

A perfect base for your stay in the Stavanger region. Beautiful beaches are just a 5 minute drive away, and max 15 minutes to the airport. The home is brand new and has everything you need to enjoy your stay and wonderful holidays. There is a large trampoline in the garden, bathtub and air conditioning in the house. There are 2 grocery stores that are 2-3 minutes away by car, and a shopping mall 5 minutes away by car.

Opplev Jæren på sitt fineste i nærheten til både Bryne by og Jærstrendene langs hele Jærkysten. Rolig, trygt og familievennlig gårdshus med helt nytt moderne tilbygg. Passer for småbarnsfamilier eller par. Leies kun ut til ordenspersoner. Husperm med info ligger klar ved ankomst. Nytt kjøkken. Stor hage med mange soner til disposisjon. Huskestativ og sandkasse for små barn.

Orstad Utsyn sits on a hill and has a good view. The town of Orstad/ Kverneland has groceries, various takeaway, hairdresser, medical center and several hiking areas. Will especially highlight the hiking trail along Frøylandsvatnet and the bridge Midgardsormen over to Njåskogen. Train stop; Øksnavadport. Bus route 22 Sandnes- Kverneland, bus stop 8 min walk from the house.

Front row beach house - terrace with privacy

En fantastisk strandhytte ved en av Norges vakreste strender, Borestranda. Hytten ble ferdigstilt våren 2022 og ligger i første rekke i et nytt hyttefelt. Hytten har en deilig stor terrasse som ligger usjenert til med flott utsikt mot stranden. Et perfekt sted for avslapping, gode turer i naturskjønne omgivelser, surfing og bading.
