You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

A spacious living area is highlighted by wooden flooring and large windows that allow natural light to fill the room. A round dining table with black chairs is situated beside a vintage cabinet. Decorative elements include a plant and an area rug, enhancing the inviting ambiance.

Elegant and sizable apartment situated in a quiet area close to the city centre. Two bedrooms, two separate toilets, roomy bathroom, spacious kitchen, and a sitting room with an oriel. It is well connected to the public transport and underground parking is available (not suitable for large vehicles). Central shopping precinct and several parks are within walking distance. Enjoy a carefree stay in the town of Baden with excellent transport connections to central Vienna.

A bright living/sleeping area features a day bed adorned with soft gray cushions. A small desk and two folding chairs are positioned nearby. Natural light filters through a large window, partially covered by sheer curtains, enhancing the room's calm ambiance.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

We rent,our non-smoking apartment, close to the spa town Bad Vöslau, for days or weeks. The apartment is in a quiet location approx. 75 sqm, sleeping possibility for max. 3 people. The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped. WZ, SZ, Du mit toilet, Escape, toilet extra. Sat TV available, parking on the property. Driving without a car is not made. Self-catering. Unfortunately, the bringing of pets is not possible Info on request.

Grocery store as well as the pedestrian street in 5 minutes away The apartment has a pull-out couch for 1-2 people, a bedroom with a large box-spring bed 180 cm wide and a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide, two bathrooms In good weather, the garden pavilion can also be booked separately for overnight stays.

Whether out into nature or off to the city. This place is the starting point for visiting Vienna, excursions to the Wachau or hikes in the Vienna Woods. It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.
