Our granny apartment is located on an idyllic property directly on the island lake. From the covered terrace as well as the rooms you can look into the garden and enjoy the nature and the partial view of the lake. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Within walking distance you can reach the Ernst Barlach Museum, the beach and restaurants. By arrangement, our boat can be used and you can get directly from the jetty to the lake.

Cozy neighborhood/apartment in the old town

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in all important places in no time at all. The city center, the castle, museum and the cathedral are within walking distance. Shopping facilities for daily use and bakery are close by. You can easily reach our island lake or our nature and environmental park by bike. In the courtyard or in your own veranda, you can comfortably close the day. From there you can watch the hustle and bustle of our lively city.

Wooden bungalow by the lake and forest

Our vacation home by the lake is an ideal retreat and recreation area. The bungalow, which is built with a lot of wood, has a nice living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, a bright bedroom, another sleeping area on the lower floor and two bathrooms. From the fully glazed dining area you have a wide view of the garden and the lake. Another lake for swimming is right next door. The cottage is set amidst a very quiet, small vacation home settlement.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The 44 square meter apartment "Vincent Vega" is located on the raised ground floor on the gable side of the manor house. It consists of a living room overlooking the apple orchard with a small but well-equipped kitchenette and a wood-burning stove and a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and an open shower and bathtub.
