Στο παραδοσιακό κομμάτι του Καρπενησίου στη συνοικία της Αγ. Παρασκευής μια πετρόχτιστη πλήρως ανακαινισμένη κατοικία αποτελούμενη από ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι/κουζίνα το οποίο συνδέεται με το υπνοδωμάτιο και τη σοφίτα. Το σπίτι είναι 60 τ.μ. και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με πάρα πολύ μεγάλη άνεση 4 - 5 άτομα. Το καλντερίμι ακριβώς μπροστά εξασφαλίζει μοναδική ησυχία χωρίς να στερεί την άμεση πρόσβαση. Υπάρχει Χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι και το κέντρο της πόλης είναι 3-5λ με τα πόδια.
