Not accessible. 45m² on 2 levels - the living room with cozy seating area, kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 hotplates and mini oven, kettle. Own small house with garden and balcony. Very centrally located in the center of Klagenfurt. The city center is only 2-3 minutes walk away. Direct proximity to the Lendhafen, where several nice coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. The Wörthersee (lake) is also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached very well in a short time on foot or by bike (Lendradweg) or by public transport.

Live at the Pichlerhof overlooking the lake

My accommodation is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the landscape reserve. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is very close. You will love my place if you are looking for the original, close to nature, love to live by the water and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.

The house is directly located at the river and within 10 minutes you are right at the lake. Next to the house is the restaurant / bar 151, which is known for its cocktails and excellent cuisine. The Maria Loretto restaurant can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. From there you can enjoy a dreamy view of the lake and the Karawanken with delicious drinks.
